Stoa is a desktop application designed to help users browse and organize media stored on their own devices.

You may:

• Download and use the software for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with the license provided through the Mac App Store or other authorized distribution channels.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code except where permitted by law.
• Redistribute the software without permission.
• Use the software for unlawful activities.

2. Your Content

Stoa works with files that already exist on your device. 128 Ducks does not host, collect, or store your media files.

You remain fully responsible for any files you view or manage using the software.

3. Software Availability

We strive to keep our software functional and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that the software will always operate without interruption or error.

Features may change, be improved, or removed over time.

4. Purchases

Stoa may be sold through the Apple Mac App Store as a one-time purchase.

All purchases, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple according to their policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, 128 Ducks will not be liable for any damages resulting from:

• Loss of data
• System interruptions
• Software errors
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Use of the software is at your own risk.
