1. Stoa

Stoa does not collect, transmit, or store personal data.

Stoa is a desktop application that works directly with files already stored on your device. Your photos, videos, and other media remain on your computer and are never uploaded to our servers.

128 Ducks does not receive:

• your media files
• usage data from the app
• personal information from Stoa users

2. Website

When you visit the 128 Ducks website, basic technical information may be recorded automatically by standard web infrastructure (such as IP addresses or browser type). This information is used only for normal website operation and security.

We do not sell or mine visitor data.

3. Purchases

Stoa may be purchased through the Apple Mac App Store. Payments, account information, and purchase records are handled by Apple according to Apple’s privacy policies.

128 Ducks does not receive your payment details.

4. Congeal

Congeal is a separate web application with its own website, terms, and privacy policy.

While Congeal uses strong security and encryption practices, details about its data handling are described in the Congeal Privacy Policy on the Congeal website.
